Previous HVAC company said we needed a new furnace. Called CLR for a second opinion and they were able to do a warranty repair for considerably less! Professional, on time, great communication, and quality workmanship. Will be using CLR for our annual maintenance from now on.

Others have quits, checked my credit and offered no assistance. As a Nurse who has been working with Covid patients, I appreciate CLR so much. And disappointed in the large companies that names are well known in KCMO.

We bought an AC Central air unit & furnace from CLR heating & cooling. I was very impressed with Clemente the owner & how he strives to take care of his customers. The company kept dragging their feet and not getting the problem fixed until finally the warranty ran out and of course came back and wanted to charge and outrageous amount of money and do all sorts of different things to take take of this issue that really didn't need to be done. I was introduced to CLR and Clemente right about the same time and they were by far the better company! From the very beginning they were extremely professional, polite, saved me a bunch of time and a lot of money! They truly care about their clients and want to do the best job they can! Clemente and his crew put in a full HVAC system in for us when our old system blew up on one of those lovely 95° feels like 110° KC days. I cannot say enough good things about them. They worked hard to get us what we wanted and needed in a HVAC system.Do not be put off because they have less reviews than the bigger companies. They are solid. They work hard, they are knowledgeable, and they care. You will not be just another work ticket when you choose CLR Heating & Cooling.TLDR: Clemente and his crew are amazing. Solid work at a fair price. I highly recommend you call them.

Today, Clemente and his crew installed a mini split system for me. They were resourceful and creative in overcoming unforeseen challenges (they ended up being carpenters, and pretty decent ones I might add, to get the job done the right way; no shoulder shrugging or let me talk you to death or call the boss so he can gauge the price on you attitude. Just a good old-fashioned, ok, it's something we hadn't expected, but this is life and let's get it done attitude) and finished the job on time, as expected. I had found them through fixd which was recommended by HomeAdvisor and I would not hesitate to call him with any HVAC issues in the future. We need more people, small businesses, like Clemente / CLR to get things done the right way.
